Hi. I have a furnished room available in a 3 bedroom house. I have an additional room and would consider two roommates/renters but the bathroom would need to be shared (rent could be negotiated). All bills are included and you will have access to the laundry room, kitchen, dining and living room. The house is in a great location with easy access to major highways. There is a 2 car driveway you can park in.

I am a 50 year old divorced female with a son away in college that will visit occasionally, and during the summer. I am pretty reserved and am mostly home in the evenings and weekends. I do not have any pets.
