Hello! I’m Jill, the Property Manager of this nice home. It’s a 4 bedroom house, with 2 living areas, a bonus room with exercise equipment, and kitchen with supplies for cooking/baking. It’s a 2 story house that’s handicap accessible. Large master bedroom with large walk-in closet available. Private/ Carpeted/ Furnished bedroom w/ private bathroom on 2nd floor. Currently 3 bedrooms are occupied by mature, respectful men- 1 of which is the live-in PM assistant. Only caged/aquatic pets allowed (ask for specifics). Peaceful neighborhood!
