🏴‍☠ Ahoy! We’re seeking a third roommate to fill a 12’ - 6“ x 10’ - 6“ room in our 3 bed/1 bath 1300 sqft apartment in Dogpatch. The apartment is a second-story unit in a Victorian with good natural light and a beautiful shared backyard. Seeking someone to move in between May 21-June 1, but we’re open to discussing based on your needs.

🏴‍☠ Rent for this room is $1700/Month. This room overlooks the beautiful backyard (complete with a huge bougainvillea, fig trees, plum trees, etc), and gets great west-facing sunlight. Water is included, and utilities and internet average about $40-45/person/month. Trash is split quarterly amongst all units in the building. There are no pets currently in the unit, but our neighbors who share the yard each have dogs and a cat.

🏴‍☠ Location is ideal for walkers/cyclists/public transit enthusiasts, with easy access to:

• Muni T Line along 3rd street
• Muni Buses 22, 48, and 15 bus routes
• Mission Bay Shuttles
• Caltrain (closest to 22nd street station) -Baywheels/Lyft bikes

🏴‍☠The current house crew-mates are:

1. cis/gay man, mid 20s, working in architecture, originally from Michigan.
2. cis/bi man, early 30s, working in tech, originally from Switzerland. We both enjoy cooking, being outdoors, etc! We’re queer-friendly and open to roommates from all backgrounds.

We are very sociable and hope to find a housemate interested in contributing to and enjoying the culture of the house (movie nights, house meals, hosting occasional parties, and so on!).

Our current third housemate is relocating to LA at the end of May. This is a lease takeover, and ideally we’d like to find someone looking to stay longer-term.
