This is a 5 bedroom house with a shared living room, kitchen, washer and dryer. This room shares a bathroom with one other room and it can fit a twin sized bed. There is a spacious backyard and reliable internet. Rent is month to month It is within walking distance from the grocery store, bus stops (which can take you to downtown, the beach, and UCSC), a drug store and various restaurants.
