About the room
Upstairs room out in the country about 8 mins from the city. Pretty peaceful. One other roommate upstairs, pvt rooms w/shared bathroom. Basic internet provided. If gaming or heavy use, cost is 50 per month more to upgrade pkg or T mobile offers a wireless option for 50 a month plus tax. Can’t seem to get anything else here yet. Must have a clean background, no probation, no felonies etc. No drugs of any kind allowed or tollerated.
