Upstairs open loft out in the country about 8 mins from the city. Pretty peaceful. Currently no other roommates upstairs but potentially two more as there are two more pvt rooms w/shared bathroom. Internet available from about 59 per month from Sparklight or can contribute to existing for 45 a month (Speeds are 1G up and1G down. Must have a clean background, no probation, no felonies etc. No illegal drugs of any kind allowed or tolerated. Alcohol is chill if you can control your self and clean up after.
Fairly quiet…a little clutter but working on it. House in remodel mode currently. 1 dog and 2 cats that roam the house. 3 to 6 Month rental.
