Ashburton Street

I recently purchased and renovated this 3 bedroom, 1 bath rowhome. It’s a quiet, tree-lined street with generous parking. The room is furnished with a bed, bedside tables, and a small dresser. Those items can be moved. The room also has an AC unit in the window. There is only 1 bathroom which we would share. There is laundry in the basement.

I work from home in a typical office-y job 4 days out of the week. I’m pretty quiet and clean and need someone who shares those traits. I’m also allergic to cats and dogs so, unfortunately, I cannot accommodate them. I would prefer a graduate student and I’ll require background checks and references.
