About the room
Looking for a room to rent in Lakeway? Look no further than the beautiful world of tennis condos. Community amenities include walking trails, outdoor spaces and tennis courts. Room can be furnished or unfurnished depending on preference.
Rent includes a 13x13 bedroom, large closet and private bathroom. Also includes access to all common areas (living room, dining room, kitchen, outdoor areas, ect.)
$50 background and credit check required through TurboTenant. Rent is $950 including a $950 refundable security deposit. Tenant is also responsible for their portion of electricity.
All other utilities are included. Pet fee is $250 and your pet must get along with our dog.

About the roomies
There are three of us currently living at the property. We are all males and currently have hybrid/remote jobs in the finance and technology fields.
Two of us graduated from Baylor a few years ago and just moved to Austin. All three of us are from Colorado and enjoy the outdoors. We are looking to buy a boat to put on Lake Travis, so that could also be a benefit of living with us. Although we are not sure when that is going to happen.
