3 bedroom house with attached garage and small backyard. One of the bedrooms is used as an office currently, but can be a shared office space.
The available bedroom currently has bedroom furniture in it, but it can be taken out if roommate wants to bring their own.
I have a small dog that is house trained and stays home un-kenneled throughout the day. There is a doggie door in the office leading out to the backyard.
Home is fully furnished and in a great established neighborhood that is safe. For extra security measures, the property has several security cameras.
House would be non-smoking.
About the roomies
25 year old female that is new to Boise for a job opportunity. I work downtown but may stay at home periodically for work. Non-smoker and I prefer quiet weeknights at home. I have a dog that is house trained and also incredibly low maintenance throughout the day.
