Madison's room

Hi! We have a master bedroom suite available January 1st, 2023 in a newly remodeled/renovated, spacious, and friendly home in Vandenberg Village! Everything in the room is new, there’s new floors, LED light fixtures, dimmer switches, blackout blinds, 2 mirrored closets (one of them is a walk-in closet). and a fresh coat of paint. Everything in the en-suite bathroom is new. It’s tiled with granite, has a glass shower enclosure, bath-tub, marble vanity, Woodbridge bidet toilet, backlit mirror, and recessed dimmable lighting.

The house has 3 bathrooms, 4 rooms, a large living space, an open kitchen with lots of counter space, and a huge backyard (with a newly installed volleyball court, ping pong table, fire pit, workout equipment, fruit trees, oak tree chair hammock, and other games; all of which are free to use). It’s in a friendly neighborhood with lots of nearby trails, walking distance from Vandenberg Village Shopping Center, and near multiple neighborhood parks/schools. It is minutes away from Lompoc’s main shopping center as well as Vandenberg Space Force Base.

We are looking for a clean, kind, and respectful person to rent the room. Non-drinker/smoker is a plus. The room is going for $1250/mo (includes all utilities, wifi, washer/dryer access, shared bathroom with one other person, access to all shared living spaces, and parking).
