I’m a graduate student in computer science at UIUC finishing degree end of 2023. I’m looking for a student or someone with stable job history to rent the living room of my 1br/1ba apartment. The room is sectioned off with a ceiling to floor room divider curtain. There is a balcony with a sliding glass door off the living room which you would have access to. All utilities are included in rent. The internet speed is 1 Gbps. The complex is older but very well maintained. Construction is brick and concrete so you rarely hear neighbors. The kitchen is fully stocked and there is a juicer and Ninja blender you are free to use. There is a lot of green space and tall trees compared to newer complexes. The balcony off the room looks over the pool area. The complex is walking distance to MCC, Banner Desert Hospital, CVS, Circle K, restaurants, asian grocery and is close the the Mars bus stop to ASU main campus.

Looking for a male tenant who is a student or has a stable job history and good references. One tenant only. The applicant will not be on the lease but will be an approved roommate with the leasing office. The leasing office requires an application, and an application fee and will run a 10 year background check. The current tenant who is leaving end of December has been here 4 years. I’m looking for someone who can stay through 2023 - min 6 months.

One house trained dog up to medium size ok. Pet deposit already paid and no pet rent.

I am open minded, very respectful of boundaries. I don’t smoke, drink, use marijuana or illegal drugs. I am into keeping fit and healthy eating. An ideal roommate would be similar. I don’t follow politics but do not want to live with someone at the extremes of the political spectrum. I take a spiritual outlook on life. Once I finish my masters in computer science I will be looking for a job in the tech industry.
