I am looking for someone to take over my half of the lease on a lovely fourth-floor two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. The Metro-line is a block away from the building which was a lifesaver for me as someone without a car. You can travel to Saint-Paul, the airport, the Mall of America, or the Twins Stadium within a minute of walking.

There’s a Chipotle, a couple of bars, and an Indian and Thia restaurant all within the block radius. The building has a gym that allows you to stay indoors during the winter or go to a gym five blocks away.

My current roommate is a wonderful guy, he is currently in grad school studying music therapy. Many of the residents in this building are current grad students as well.
