Amazing Ocean View Spacious Apartment, right on the beach. Apartment has a washer and dryer but there’s also a laundry room on the property. There’s also a gym on the property to use whenever you choose. The apartment has an gorgeous amazing Ocean view, it will be fully furnished with brand new beds & couches. Tvs, PlayStation 5, wifi, etc.. all included. I will barely be there so it’s like you’ll have the place to yourself 70% of the time.

I work a lot a lot, plus I have a house not too far away, so I’ll be going back & forth between properties but I’ll most likely not be at the apartment a lot.. so you’ll have the place to yourself most of the time. I’m very cool, relaxed, considerate, easy going, and open minded.
