6+ month or 12+ month lease with renewal available. $1200/month including utilities (water, electric, gas, trash, high-speed internet, and HOA). Amenities include a washer and dryer, stainless steel appliances, furnished living space area, indoor fireplace for cozy winter nights, patio and grill, garage storage, and pool access. Garage space is available for an additional fee. No pets allowed. Background checks and credit checks are required. $500 deposit and $600 (pro-rated last month’s rent) upfront.
