Situated on the top floor, the room features plenty of natural light from windows and a walk-in closet . Access to common areas as well as washer and dryer. Ample street parking.

Townhome is in a small gated community.

Looking for a roommate that is clean, considerate, and respectful. Must pass background check and show proof of income

Unfortunately there is a 2 pet max and there are already two small dogs in the home, so no pets at the moment.

Will need to sign rental agreement. Flexible with length of lease agreement

I am quiet full-time working professional that is friendly and respectful. Also don’t mind keeping to myself. I work in the educational field as a School Counselor. I like to keep my home clean especially common areas.

The dogs in the home are lazy and get random burst of energy maybe twice a day. They rarely bark unless startled, but overall two quiet dogs. They are potty trained, so you don’t need to worry about any accidents around the home.
