I am an IT professional and work from home a lot. I prefer someone who is laid back, respects privacy and will participate in keeping the shared areas clean. I am not a neat freak but expect cleanliness. I don’t mind if you smoke but it will have to be outdoors or in the garage. I have room in the garage for you to park your car.
