ALL UTILITIES PAID. The owners are looking for a roommate for at least a six month lease. You will be eligible to graduate to a month to month roommate situation after the first six months. Your rent is $995 per month. The security deposit is $945. Your room is 10x13 plus a closet. The owners pay electricity, WiFi, water, sewage, garbage, and streaming television in living room. The streaming services are commercial free HBO, Showtime, Netflix, Paramount +, Peacock, Disney +, Hulu, and You Tube. You will have access to your bedroom with southern views, 1 and 1/2 bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room, the dining room, a covered balcony, laundry room, one off street parking space, and the backyard. The owners only go upstairs, on occasion, to use the oven, dishwasher, and washer / dryer. Otherwise, the balcony and upstairs level is yours during the lease. The owners live in the downstairs level. This home is located in old northwest Reno. All utilities are paid by the owner. Laundry soap included with washer and dryer. The home is 1/2 block from city bus stop. The home is 1.9 miles from UNR. Smoking allowed outside on covered deck with beautiful southern views. There is no smoking in the house.

We are both men. One of us is retired navy. The other one is a currently full time employed professional. There is one small service dog and one full time cat. There is another part time cat that visits every few days. The back yard is a haven for a variety of species of birds.
