The room is roughly 400sq ft with a small living room, tv, and is fully furnished. Shared backyard with a huge garden, fenced-in, and privacy. Walking distance Mt. Tabor(great for working out) and bus line 9 less than 1 block away.

I am a 46 female living in this place for 8yrs. I work 9-5 in the same place for 14yrs. I ride my bike to work or take the bus. I go to the coast a lot, Mt. Hood during the winter, and lots of dog parks. The place is 3 bedroom duplex with lots of plants, a mid-century vibe, and a 1yr old labradoodle and broad collie mix. He is still in the puppy phase and loves kids and other dogs.
