About the room
Room for rent in downtown Colorado Springs. Great location, just one block away from all of the bars and restaurants on S. Tejon.
The room is a good size and will need to be furnished. There is one bathroom in the house and is shared by two other guys. All basics included: Kitchen, washroom, back lot and on street parking, etc. Fast wifi if you work from home.
The most important thing we are looking for is a person who is responsible and values a clean home. We like to keep things very clean. We are two guys in mid-late 20’s, looking for another roommate in same age range.
