I am looking for a person to occupy the lower level of my home and share a kitchen and laundry area.

I have a friendly cat but prefer no other pets. My home is in Yavapai Hills, equipped with a security system, has a beautiful view of the mountains and is close to Trader Joe’s and Costco.

Your space downstairs is your private space. There, you will have 2 bedrooms, a large living area and a full bath. You also have sole access to a mini refrigerator, microwave and small bar sink. Furnished with 2 sofas, and a large smart TV in living room. One of the bedrooms has a nice adjustable desk and office chair, plus a leather reclining chair. The other bedroom has a cedar chest and lamp. I also have a newer, firm queen bed if you don’t bring your own bed.

Upstairs, you have shared access to the kitchen including refrigerator, microwave, oven/range, dishwasher, washer & dryer. Parking is outside on the paved driveway or street. I am located on a quiet street in a safe neighborhood.

First month’s rent is due before you move in ($1,000). I pay all utilities including internet service. No overnight guests allowed. Daytime guests allowed on property if prior notice given within 24-hours.

I am a male, who is active in my non-denominational church and a few other groups. I am quiet, work part-time and very clean. I occupy the home and have no other roommates. Not looking for: smokers, illegal drugs, heavy drinkers or anyone with a criminal history.

My last tenant was a mature lady already living and working in the Prescott area. I will provide her contact info and my neighbor’s info so you can screen me.

There is no private entrance so you would enter upstairs through the kitchen. I hope I addressed most of your concerns.
