I am looking for two people to fill two positions. I am offering employment, as well as free housing. Housing includes rent, electricity, internet, trash, lawn, and the food in the house. :)

Position 1 is for office management help and data entry for a Home & Facility Maintenance company. My company is contracted with very large companies like Invitation Homes, Sparrow, Pathlight, etc. We receive maintenance work orders from these companies daily. We have handymen and electricians that we schedule that work to. We then submit invoices for that work they accomplished. Finally, we keep track of accounting, payroll, and the cashflow. Might sound like a lot or complicated, but it’s fairly easy. Pay is a percent of the invoice. The more work that gets done and the more invoices that are submitted, the more you and the company make.

Position 2 is for a programmer / coder. We are developing an app and website called SWIFMO(.com), short for Swift Money. Money Today, Momentum Tomorrow. It is financial marketplace/platform connecting borrowers and lenders. We will be integrating other applications like Plaid and merchant services. Pay will be more than room and board, but it depends on the person. We will talk about it what you’re capable of, and it’s value. I am very fair and honest.
