THE TOWNHOUSE: 4 bedroom | 3.5 bathroom, 3 story townhome located in Dublin, CA. You will have full access to living room, formal dining room, kitchen, in laundry/dryer. Current housemates all have full time jobs, so it’s very rare you will run into someone at home. The community has a pool and hot tub. Lots of street parking. Very quiet and safe neighborhood with lots of parks, shopping centers, groceries and restaurants nearby. I-580 freeway is half a mile away, 2.7 miles away from Dublin/Pleasanton BART station, 0.9 miles from Hacienda Crossings, 0.8 miles from Fallon Gateway. Walk score is 61/100, bike score is 69/100.

YOU: The ideal housemate would be male, age 27+ and working full-time. CLEAN, laid back, friendly, low-maintenance, considerate, honest and drama-free. No drugs, smoking or parties. Contributes to household chores and rotating when it comes time for new trash bags, dish soap, etc. This is not a hangout spot— this is our home which will be treated with the utmost respect.
