House contains four bedrooms and three bathrooms, located in a private/quiet street in Chanhassen. Room listed is located upstairs with shared full bathroom (only one person to share with). Ideal candidates would be clean, respectful, with no pets, drugs and/or smoking. Neighborhood borders Eden Prairie and Minnetonka. It’s accessible to walking paths and nearby park, also adjacent to Highways 62, 101, and 7.

I am the owner of the home (own room/bathroom). At the time of availability it would just be myself and wife, one additional tenant upstairs, and one downstairs. Simple, quiet, and easy going people whom are respectful. Feel free to reach out if you feel you’d be a good match. Rent in some cases is negotiable.
