I have a room thats available shared bathroom as well as a frig with freezer lots of setting areas to enjoy peace and quiet

I’m 44yrs old I live with my 8 year old daughter whoms with me every weekend I do leave from time to time must be able to help out with little things Trash, mail, etc. I usually hang out in my spot which is the back room when I’m home I do have ring though out the house because I live alone and gives me a piece of mind when I’m not home I’m in the process of getting the bath remodel as well as the kitchen God permitting
