I am an amicably divorced professional who has lived in the house since it was built in 1997. There is another renter living in the house who is my business partner in the “Accounting and Tax Preparation” field. We both work a lot of hours being we are single, with no children nor pets. We are clean, have no wild parties and keep to ourselves. During the holidays, though, we usually gather around in the formal dining and living room. The full house is a very comfortable setting and of which all previous renters have enjoyed very much.
