Security deposit $200 plus first month rent due at move in. No late payment allowed. Must move out immediately if you cannot pay rent before the 1st of each month. Must keep bathroom and kitchen clean after each use, no uncleaned utensils or pots and pans left unattended. There are other tenants on site. Need proof of income and good reference. Strictly no smoking, no weed, no heavy drinking, no drugs, no pets.
