2 rooms for rent. One bedroom boasts its own entrance with a small Florida room and small backyard. These are all for the occupants use…they are not shared spaces. $1000/month.

2nd room can be furnished or unfurnished. Ample size room. $800/month. Both rooms come with access to the full-size kitchen, laundry room, and a full-size bathroom to be shared.

There is a pool on-site $50 refundable deposit for key. HOA does not allow pets. These are single occupancy only…however if you need double occupancy you may rent both rooms. One room could be used for a bedroom and the other rooms for a living room type of setup.

I live in the front part of the house with my own private bathroom. I am not a ‘party’ person. My home is an oasis. The neighbors are kind and quiet, but also look out for each other.
