Property is in Byron Center, MI. Close to US 131 and major employers in the area. I have 1 room available unfurnished in the 2nd level of the home. Room includes bathroom directly across the hall. Owner of home has a master suite, does not use this bathroom. Kitchen will be shared space. Home has cable, internet and central air. Utilities would be included with monthly rent.

40 year old female owns home. I do have a 18 year old son who occupies the basement of the home as well. Owner of home also has a medium sized dog. I am looking for a single individual. I dont mind smoking as long as it is not indoors. Do not want visitors in the home as this is a family home.
