Great 1 bedroom in our 3 br/1bath apartment in Edgewater.
Private 1 bedroom with closet, shared kitchen and living spaces. Wifi, Apple TV, Hulu/Netflix and all utilities included.
We are a gay couple, non smokers, more home bodies and relaxed non scene types. We have 3 small dogs that remain crated during the day and restricted apartment access when we are home. We have a full size kitchen, living room, dining room and back shared deck for use anytime.
We are seeking a gay or straight male who is professional and mature, no smoking (outside smokers OK) and someone who is drug and drama free. We are relaxed and easy going and looking for someone who is also.
6 month lease, with Month to Month after that if you would like.
