For rent is a carpeted and unfurnished* spare bedroom on the main floor of the house. The bedroom has an attached bathroom that will be exclusively available for the bedroom’s occupant except when guests visit, as this bathroom is the only one on the main floor.

About me: I am in my early 30s, am a software developer, and am unmarried/living alone with no dependents. I enjoy cooking for pleasure and nutrition, and I have an end-of-2023 goal for my lawn to be the greenest on the street. I work in the office most days.

I am quiet and considerate, and I like to keep a clean space, especially the kitchen. It is very important to me that potential roommates share these qualities. I occasionally host guests for dinner and drinks but in general I avoid late-night parties in the house.
