Good size bedroom wall-to-wall closet with own hallway full-size bathroom. Nice gated front courtyard w/patio setting. I’m hardly home. I’m a quiet person at home. Great walking trail. Back yard faces a field of pine trees that leads to the gated community pool & jacuzzi. HOA keeps everything so clean. Sweet-quiet neighborhood. Sprouts across the way & a tavern. All the needs are just around the corner. No pets. Prefer a roommate who doesn’t party or entertains a lot.
