Sunflower Court

Room is upstairs, fully furnished. 4 poster canopy bed, that has tiny lights at night if you want. Roll top desk, office chair, dresser. Refrigerator and microwave in closet and 7’ bookshelf. The bathroom is across the hall. Double sinks and cupboards, separate storage areas. Bathroom is shared with older gentleman who leaves for work at 3 A.M. and usually arrives home at 6 P.M. and goes straight to his room. Rarely see him. Pool, rock waterfall, fire pit, loung chairs and camping beds for star gazing outside. 5 burner grill that plugs in house. You have access to all of these.

Downstairs tenant has a small dog and tends to keep to his room also. I am retired and live upstairs. I do use kitchen to cook once in awhile. Kitchen, laundry room downstairs. Garage has an extra refrigerator.
