The larger of two rooms will be available in a 2bd 1 ba duplex with spacious living room and gas burning stove. The other roommate is myself who is currently in the smaller room. The larger room is $600 but the combined rent is $1190 per month. Lease will end October of next year.

A little about me: I’m 25, Gemini, dog mom, part-time nanny/legal assistant. I’m very clean and tidy(at least in the main spaces). I like to be social but lean more introverted. Currently attended college this year studying Cosmetology! So another student would be ideal as well. I enjoy cooking, baking, game nights, yoga, going out to drink or eat, live music or chill movie nights at home.
