About the room
Try out Tiny Home living with small carbon footprint! Super close to the highways with easy access to downtown basically about half an hour to anywhere in the Bay Area - the perfect location.
Tiny Home has a guest room ($1200 -$1300) monthly. Loft space upstairs with queen size bed ($1000) and curtained off living room with queen size pullout couch also available ($900).
Shared kitchen and bathroom.
Room to park three cars out front.
I am a nurse and I work night shift. This is my second home. I have a house manager who works as a personal fitness trainer and Orangetheory coach who takes care of helping make sure the house is always clean and toiletries are fresh and towels laundered. He is generally willing to give out good health and nutrition advice, and occasionally takes housemates to the gym for a free personal training session.
This is a great place for a student or anyone who wants to save money. Most people who come through my place save up for a trip, down payment on the home, or are in a life transition.
I have a lot of traveling nurses or healthcare professionals, Stanford or other students, or IT professionals that are looking for an easy home environment.
I always have breakfast stuff available and occasionally dinner is provided to if you like spaghetti or something like that.
About the roomies
I do a little bit of traveling down to Monterey and back to my other home in Washington DC occasionally. I prefer not to leave my house empty and I enjoy having company at the house. Iām looking for friendly housemates who are working on moving forward in life towards their best future. ā¤ļø
I am currently looking for someone to stay in my upstairs loft or the queen bed pullout couch in the living room. I like my home to be a friendly family environment and believe in helping people in my community.
