West State Street

I live alone in my house .5 miles west of downtown sycamore. I am a full time Firefighter/Paramedic and the main reason for requesting a roomate is I have a 4 year old Newfenland dog, and I would love someone to be around occasionally throughout the days when I am gone. 15 minutes drive to NIU campus, and a quarter acre fended in yard. 1.5 bathrooms, but showers won’t be an issue due to my work schedule. 1/4 acre fended in yard with a nice fire and eating area in the fended in area. Beautiful remodeled 1890’s home. There are two bedrooms available, so I am open to a couple roommates. Utilities will be split, but they are not very expensive. I do have internet and TV I pay for, but if you would like more I’d be willing to split the the bills if you wish to increase this package. If interested feel free to ask any questions.
