Bagby Street

Please read. I’m currently moving out of Texas and I need someone to take over my lease. I have a roomate/ female. The apartment is located In midtown. Walking distance from bars and restaurants. It’s a great location next to montrose. The living room and kitchen is shared and is furnished. The only thing unfurnished will be the room. The room does come with a good size private bathroom and walk in closet. It’s 800 dollars a month with bills. Since I am leaving the property and I am in the lease you would have to submit an application of 80 dollars and then you can move in after that. ID and paystubs is what you will need. Since they neee someone to fill my room the leasing office said they will accept anyone as long as you can show proof of income.

My roomate is a mid 20’s girl. She works 2 jobs back to back. so she is never home. I hardly see her. She is all about her business and so am I. You will have most of the space to yourself since she’s never home.
