Thesis Circle

This room is part of the unit I’m currently living in within the Village Green apartment complex. It is a first floor apartment and is furnished; The room includes a desk, chair, and dresser, with carpet on floor. There is a sizable private bathroom and a closet, as well as extra closet space in the common area. This room is handicap accessible. The common area is spacious with a couch, table, and mounted TV. The kitchen includes a sink, dishwasher, fridge, stove, oven, microwave, washer, and dryer. There are plenty of cupboards and a pantry for storage. There is also a patio with screen door and blinds which is very nice! Utilities are included in rent, including AC/heating, internet, electricity, water, and trash pickup. Amenities include a gym, pool, basketball court, volleyball court, and dog park. This complex is oriented towards student living so there are lots of college students as neighbors. Pets are allowed but have an initial fee and then a recurring monthly fee added to rent.

Hello! I’m Matt Merino and I am currently looking for a roommate to take over my previous roommate’s lease, his name is Tucker Soltesz. I am 23 years old, a recent graduate from William Peace University with a Bachelor’s in Simulation and Game Design. I’m currently working at Target full time and doing pet sitting part time, but my real passion is game development and I’m working towards getting into that industry. I love to play video games, create and play music, draw, go outside into nature, bike, longboard, and play disc golf. I am very open to meeting new people and every so often do game nights at the apartment to bring people together and have fun! If you like the sound of any of that then I’m sure we’ll get along!
