This property is a 3 bed/2 bath house located just outside of downtown Conway. It’s 15 minutes from CCU and HGTC campuses. The kitchen is modern and all appliances will be available in the house. This home is approximately 1,300 square feet with plenty of space in the front and back yards. My boyfriend and I are looking for a pet-friendly, neat/clean female roommate! We plan on splitting the utilities evenly with our roommate and paying more in rent as we will have the master bedroom. We have a very well-trained, and house-broken, German Shepherd (1.5 years old) and a loving cat (he loves everyone he meets!) We work most of the day and attend school on the side. We also like to play video games, art, and the outdoors! If you’re interested, please reach out to us so we can get to know you and see if it will be a good fit for you!
