Emma's room

It’s a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Companion at Lee’s Crossing. It’s on the second floor, staircase only. It’s my first year at the apartment so it’s nice and clean! Your room has an en-suite bathroom. There is a balcony off of the living room. The rental office has nice staff. There is unassigned parking. Electric is the only utility not included, and so we would split that as well as renter’s insurance. Your room is not furnished. There are washer/dryer hookups if you have them, but I don’t. There is no subleasing allowed so you would have go to the office to sign the lease I have. Lee’s Crossing is income restricted so I have to go the office to see what the maximum you can make for us to still qualify is.

I am a 29 year old female with two cats! Only two animals are allowed though so unfortunately we can’t have anymore. I work part time at Starbucks and am doing a part time online Masters program in social work. I keep common areas clean and tidy and hope you will as well. I certainly respect privacy and space but I also love to be social. I have a boyfriend who will be over frequently. I take the no drug policy at Lee’s Crossing seriously so no illegal substances please. LGBTQ+ friendly! All genders welcome but no couples, and no kids please.
