I am renting an extra-large room in a beautiful clean large 4-bedroom house with a large yard in the Yorba Linda area. It is a safe quiet neighborhood. The room has Pergo flooring. It has a very clean brand new full bathroom. The house is an eco-healthy home with a whole-house water filtration system and UV/HEPA air filtration system built in. It also has an osmosis drinking water system. I have a house cleaner that comes twice a month. It would only be you and I at this time with you having a private bath, but that could become shared in the future. Front Load Laundry machines included in garage.

Size: 15’5“ x 10’5“ = 162.5 sq feet. It can fit a king bed with two dressers and two end tables

The house is within walking distance of the grocery store, restaurants, Yorba Linda Lake Bed Park, a short drive to Yorba regional park, and close to Santa Ana lake bed bike trail and Yorba Linda Nixon Library bike trail.

Location: 23 Minutes to Biola, 10 minutes to Cal State Fullerton and HOPE University. 15 minutes to Fullerton Community College. 16 min to Santiago College. 21 minutes to UCI & 20 min to Vanguard University when there is no traffic.

*Background check to be run when both parties agree, a refundable small $100 deposit to hold room is given, and a move-in date is reached. Rented on a month-to-month basis.

A little about me: I am a Christian professional woman who loves Jesus. I am outgoing, athletic, easy-going, independent, involved with ministry, caring, and I love people. I go out a lot and have a busy life with friends, work, and church. I have two well-trained Siberian huskies that I exercise every day.

I value our home as a peaceful, beautiful, clean place to rest and recharge. An ideal roommate is someone who is responsible, mature, and kind. I value relationships and independent lives outside the home as well as warmth and respect in sharing a home together.

What I am looking for in a roommate: My desire would be to find a Christian female Fulltime Student or Professional that has a pretty full life and works or goes to school outside the home. You love dogs and would be willing to feed my dogs if I go out of town and you happen to be in town. Attributes: Trustworthy, responsible, an occasional glass of wine OK, respectful, Nonsmoker, Non-Vaper, No drugs, No weed, and a self-contained person. (Sorry no pets are accepted, due to the fact I already own two dogs)
