About the room
The property is 1800 sq ft. We have a garage as well as guest parking surrounding the place. A beautifully decorated kitchen, living room, dining room, and laundry room make the rent worth it. We have so much indoor and garage storage space that we can’t fill all of it! We have a gated backyard that is home to orange trees :)
About the roomies
Rylee (24) and I (28) are looking for a third Roomie! We are fun, chill, respectful, and CLEAN! Our house looks like a forest(in a good way) due to all of our plant children. Although we love pets, our lease explicitly states no cats or dogs. The room is available starting January (possibly even December).
