What we are looking for: *Looking for any roommate who is a non CIS man.

• Roommate should be considerate, respectful of privacy, and willing to contribute to the cleanliness of the apartment. Must be willing to follow common area rules, and be able to frequently communicate! We would love to not only gain a roommate but a friend as well! We don’t mind if you have a friend over but please give us 1-2 days notice! Also you must be 420 friendly or not mind people who are.

About the area: This is a 5 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment located right off telegraph and 24th st! This is a very walkable area, with a grocery store just across the street! We are a 10 minute walk from, Bart and Lake Merritt. And the freeway entrance is just down the street! There is a plethora of bars and restaurants literally 500ft away! This apartment suits anyone who likes nightlife!!

Qualification: Must have 650 credit score

Must make around $2300/ month

Must fill out roommate application on lease

Security Deposit is $67 per room.

*The rent includes, water, garbage, pg&e, wifi, and renters insurance

Rooms: There are 2 rooms available for rent. Each room is roughly 11ft x 7ft with a 4ft x2ft closet. Each room has working blinds and a lock. Both rooms are unfurnished.

• there are people occupying the rooms until the last week of January.

Bath: You will likely share a bathroom with 1 other roommate. Unless, you’re renting 2 rooms and would like to pay extra for a private bath.

Living room/ kitchen The common areas are already furnished with beautiful furniture! The living room is very large with an open kitchen. The kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove and oven. Feel free to bring dishes, mugs and silverware!

Laundry/parking Our apartment is a corner unit and located on the 3rd floor. There is a laundry room located within the apartment complex, and each entrance is gated! There is street parking available, or a parking lot across the street you can rent a space from.

Both bathrooms and bedrooms will get a deep clean before the next tenant moves in.

Pets: Pets are welcome, but limited to 1 pet pet room. There is a pet deposit of $50 per pet

1st roommate (she/ her) ; 21 years old, I rent 2 of the rooms in the apartment! I am very artsy and creative, I love cooking at home and I’m hoping to find a roommate that matches the energy in the apartment as well as someone I can’t be friends with!! I’m a very clean roommate, 420 friendly and have a cat named Willow! I’m looking forward to finding a clean and considerate roommate that is willing to contribute to keeping the common areas clean and comfortable.

2nd roomate (she/her); 21 years old. I am a student taking online classes, and while I’m not studying, I work at Starbucks! I’m a bit of an introvert but am also friendly and looking to be friends! My 2 small dogs Honey and Naya live here as well. I’m really into art, kdramas, anime, and I’m also 420 friendly. I’ll get along with anyone who can respect my privacy and the common areas!
