Taylor's room

I have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom furnished house in McKinleyville. One of my roommates will be moving soon for work. The lease is month to month with a $750 deposit. Rent is $750 a month with all utilities included as well as some shared house supplies. Bathroom is shared with one other person. There is a washer and dryer in the garage. The backyard has a covered porch and garden.

There are two working professionals in their late 20s and early 30s currently living here. There is also a cat that is very friendly towards people but not other animals so no other pets are allowed. We are very active and spend a lot of time outside. We also enjoy cooking and sharing meals as a house. We liked to keep the house very clean and are looking for a roomate who helps contribute to this. No smoking or vaping of any kind.
