Krystal's room

This is for a private bedroom and bathroom in a newer house. The room is located on the first floor away from the other bedrooms. I have furnished the room with a new full-size bed, all new bedding, and a few coat, pant and shirt hangers. Blackout blinds have been put on all windows within the room. There are a few different storage options: a closet, under the bed and a small dresser. There is a TV in the room that is set up for streaming with google chrome. I will also be adding towels and a bedside table before you move in. The rent includes all utilities and Wi-Fi access. You will also have access to the washer and dryer on the second floor. The home has a fully equipped kitchen that you can use, and you will have a private cabinet within the kitchen.
The bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom and has a walk-in shower with built-in bench. I have added some extra storage within the bathroom. You will be responsible for cleaning your bathroom and bedroom and cleaning up after yourself in the rest of the home.

I do have a small 15lb Havanese named Charlie. He is unsure of people at first but will warm up if you ignore him at the first meeting. You will never be responsible for any of his needs! You may end up with a new furry friend if you would like one. :)

Hi! I’m a working professional who stays busy. When I’m not working my main job I’m working from home on my other projects. I love spending time with my pup and family when I have a little free time. I’m quiet and stay to myself. I am very conscientious when it comes to having someone stay within my home. I respect your space and privacy and pick carefully when I invite friends or family over, as they must also respect your space and privacy.
