• Bedroom is in the downstairs portion of the home
• Shared bathroom with downstairs neighbor
• 150 square feet or 12x12
• Plenty of space for large dresser, desk and queen size bed
• Two shelved closet

The House

• 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom house.
• The house is a total of 1400 square feet
• Remodeled and nicely updated recently with brand new bathrooms
• New flooring in kitchen
• Individual parking space
• Large, individual pantry space
• Fenced in backyard
• Living room with love seat, sofa and 70“ television for everyone to use.
• Netflix, Hulu, HBO accounts shared for all
• Electricity, water and Internet will be split 4 ways
• Laundry room

Lease Agreement

• 6 Month Minimum, Month to month lease after
• Must give 30 day heads up when moving out
• First month rent due upon signing of contract to lock in spot
• No pets allowed

Minimum Requirements

• $2,400 gross monthly income
• 600 credit score
• No prior evictions
• Clean criminal background
• Must be clean and tidy
