Eric's room

Renting out several rooms in my house. The home is about 3600sq feet on lake Conroe. I live alone and travel for work. Renting one Large bedroom/suite with walk-in closet, attached bathroom with walk-in shower. Fully furnished. The second bedroom available is a typical size, about 250 sq feet with a closet. A hall bathroom is located next door. The third available bedroom is set up as an office with a trundle bed and a private balcony. All rooms have access and use of a second back balcony overlooking the pool and lake Conroe. A workout room with a treadmill is at the end of the hallway and gives access to the shared balcony. Downstairs common areas and kitchen. The backyard includes consists of a pool, hot tub, and a dock. Parking on street or half of the driveway. No pets. Looking for several male roommates who are professionals. A washer and dryer are available for use. Fully furnished rooms including televisions. Gated community. Utilities included
