Autumn's room

Large finished room over garage with two small storage closets. Right across the hall is half bath and laundry room and easy access to kitchen. Other bathroom with the shower is located upstairs on other side of house and is only used by one other person. Driveway parking available and wifi is included.

I am the owner of the home, however, only my mother and one other tenant reside there. The house is mostly quiet. My mother keeps to herself and the other is either at work or in their room. Very friendly and laid back atmosphere.
