Ryan's room

Located in Piqua, OH, the property is a 3 bedroom, 2 story house. My room is downstairs and your room would be upstairs. The property is close to the mall, restaurants, stores, and easy access to the highway. Rent is $650 a month ($325/per person) + utilities. I have 3 cats also.

I’m 32 male, single, and work a full-time job. I play guitar, sing and write music. One of the bedrooms is a home recording studio so I’m in there most of the time. Im also a huge hockey fan, and I play on occasion. I’m easygoing and easy to get along. I also do not drink, smoke, or do any drugs. I’m not judge mental so if you do that’s fine, as long as you don’t do any hard drugs. Overall, I’m just looking for someone to split the bills and be friends with.
