Rental application: $47 $125 roommate swap fee ••••••~•••••••~•••••••~•••••••~••••••~••••••• Werewolf House: Centrally located near the heart of Greenwood and several transit lines. Five-minute walk to Fred Meyer, a dispensary, bars, shops, and restaurants. There are three steps up to the porch and a split level house with seven stairs to each level, so it is not wheelchair accessible. The upper level has a large kitchen, living room, dining area, bathroom, and three bedrooms. The lower level has four bedrooms, laundry room, and one bathroom.

Bills are ~$150/month. Higher in winter months(~$200)

Pet policy: no cats. One roommate has allergies and there is a dog here with a high prey drive towards cats. This could create problems even if the cat stays in your room if the dog smells the cats or if cat were to get out by mistake. Small critters in cages that stay in your room are welcome. Dogs are considered on a case-by-case basis.

There is a lot of garden space outside with several planter boxes. It needs a bit of love to help get it to a plantable state, but the structure and space is very sufficient for you to have your own spot.

Street parking is always available, and two first come first serve parking spots in the driveway.

Prashanthi (She/Her), cisgender woman. I have a small dog named Mingus and we are usually found together. I’ve lived in Seattle longer than I’ve lived anywhere else. I own a coffeeshop in the neighborhood. In my free time I enjoy walking, gardening, and cooking. I love peaches and hate bananas.

Ashe (they/them), 33, queer, agender, neurodivergent, mixed-race Aries with a big passion for plants and animals. I am a full-time animal caretaker, I have my own caretaking business and I have a large, goofy, and very playful 2.5 year old American Bully named Boogie (who is being trained as my service dog.) When I’m not taking care of other people’s animals, I like to be outdoors with Boogie doing all of the outdoor activities like camping and foraging, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, making jewelry, art, having game nights, going out for drinks and dancing, doing tattoos, collecting bones/cool rocks Allergies: mango

Im an outgoing, bubbly extrovert, professional pixel artist, animator, character designer, storyteller, amateur voice actress and aspiring singer! I talk ALOT about my passions if youre open to it, but I also tend to be respectful of peoples’ boundaries and conscious of their spoons. Just tell me Im being a bit much and Im pretty good about turning it down once prompted~ I love cute stuff and anything to do with the ocean, and Im definitely going to be a mermaid someday!~ 💖 Allergies: None that I can tell but I do have very sensitive skin that bruises and burns easily on account of me being a redhead ^~^;

Kattana (They/Them) : 24 Taurus , agender, queer, mixed 🇵🇷🇨🇳🇯🇲. Professional heaux in the streets, hot 80 year old grandma behind the scenes. I’m a SW normally out of the house 4pm-3am or later Thursday-Monday. Introverted extrovert. When I am not working, I can be found antiquing, doing some form of art (painting, woodwork, music), watching movies (cinephile), sleeping, or yelling at children to get off of our lawn. Allergies: Peanuts, Chocolate, Fish (Cod, Salmon, Bass, All but shell fish), Cats, Dogs, (manageable if not too much dander is around), All types of trees and grass), Dust mites, Pollen, Ragweed, Hay. I have 4 pages of allergies I would need to find but for the most part am manageable to all except for the first 3.
