Cambridge apartment 3 minute walk from Red Line Central stop
Subletting my room for $1250. Aiming for late December/ January but can be flexible.
Gorgeous apartment practically on top of the Central Red Line stop. First floor is huge open floor plan kitchen/ living room with a large dining table. Second floor is 2.5 bedrooms plus bathroom.
Looking to sublet my room until September, at which point the lease renews.
Water is included, other utilities are split however you decide. Parking in a private off street lot behind building available for an additional $150. Neighbors are fantastic and have never caused issues. Room is right next to the bathroom and in rear of building away from all street noise.
About the roomies
Current roommate is 32 year old male professional Electrical Engineer and very laid back. Enjoys singing, sci-fi, video games, and cycling around the area. He is currently using the half bedroom as a home office and pays extra rent accordingly.
