The dedicated room is next to the bathroom and bedroom space for a bed, desk, dresser, television, etc. Room comes with a walk-in closet. Washer/dryer in unit on the same floor.

Background check required and $300 refundable security deposit if no acquired damages. Lease must be a minimal 6-month term. Virtual viewing is available upon request.
